Foster Care and Children’s home

In the Northwest of China, abandoned, impoverished and disabled children are denied their most basic needs for love and affection.  Whilst state funding covers some infrastructure, staffing and operational costs of orphanages and foster care services, its reach is limited and many gaps remain.  This project is filling in some of the voids by providing nurturing care to improve the physical, mental, emotional and moral condition of the young and dependent.  A foster care program and two children’s homes are currently in operation.
